Subscription Plan<\/h3>\n<p>1.1.<b> Subscription:<\/b> By subscribing to a BEVAS Coffee Subscription plan, you agree to receive recurring orders of our coffee products based on the subscription plan you select during the signup process. As a subscriber, you will enjoy:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>15% discount on your first order.<\/li>\n<li>20% discount on all subsequent recurring orders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>1.2.<b>Frequency:<\/b> The subscription plan frequency may vary based on the plan you choose, and you will be billed accordingly. You can view your subscription details and manage your account through our website. You can choose either 30, 45 or 60 day frequencies.<\/p>\n<p>1.3. <b>Billing:<\/b>Your credit card will be automatically charged for each shipment according to the subscription plan you select. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date billing information.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"shipping\">2. Shipping and Delivery<\/h3>\n<p>2.1. <b>Shipping:<\/b> We offer free shipping within Germany on repeat orders \u20ac35 or more and free shipping to anywhere else in the EU for orders \u20ac45 or more. Higher minimum limits will apply for International deliveries.<\/p>\n<p>2.2. <b>Delivery:<\/b> We will make our best efforts to deliver your products within the specified timeframe; however, we are not responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control, such as shipping carrier issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"modification\">3. Cancellation and Modification<\/h3>\n<p>3.1. <b>Cancellation:<\/b> You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account on our website.
