SUBSCRIPTIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please carefully read the following terms and conditions before subscribing to a Bevas Coffee Subscription Plan. By subscribing to our subscription plan, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Subscription Plan
1.1. Subscription: By subscribing to a BEVAS Coffee Subscription plan, you agree to receive recurring orders of our coffee products based on the subscription plan you select during the signup process. As a subscriber, you will enjoy:
- 15% discount on your first order.
- 20% discount on all subsequent recurring orders.
1.2.Frequency: The subscription plan frequency may vary based on the plan you choose, and you will be billed accordingly. You can view your subscription details and manage your account through our website. You can choose either 30, 45 or 60 day frequencies.
1.3. Billing:Your credit card will be automatically charged for each shipment according to the subscription plan you select. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date billing information.
2. Shipping and Delivery
2.1. Shipping: We offer free shipping within Germany on repeat orders €35 or more and free shipping to anywhere else in the EU for orders €45 or more. Higher minimum limits will apply for International deliveries.
2.2. Delivery: We will make our best efforts to deliver your products within the specified timeframe; however, we are not responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control, such as shipping carrier issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Cancellation and Modification
3.1. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account on our website. Cancellations must be made in excess of 24 hours prior to the next billing date to avoid charges for the upcoming shipment.
3.2. Modifications: You can modify your subscription plan, shipping address, or payment information through your account on our website. Changes within 24 hours days of your next billing date may not apply to the current shipment but will apply for the following order.
4. Refunds
4.1. Refunds: Refunds will only be issued for undamaged or incorrect products and will be processed based on our refund policy, which can be found on our website.
5. Account Information
5.1. Accuracy: You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information, including your contact information, delivery address, and preferred payment details.
6. Termination
6.1. Termination by BEVAS: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription and access to our services at our discretion, without notice, for any violation of these terms and conditions or for any reason we deem necessary.
