Refund Policy

At BEVAS we strive to provide you with the highest quality products. We want you to be completely satisfied with all of your purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please review our refund policy below for resolution.

1. REFUNDS FOR DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

1.1. Damaged Products: If you receive coffee products that are damaged during shipping, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the order. We may request photos of the damaged items and packaging to process your refund.

1.2. Incorrect Products: If you receive coffee products that do not match your order, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for the correct products to be sent to you, and you will be required to return the incorrect items.

1.3. Refund Process: Upon approval of your claim for damaged or incorrect products, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution. Refunds are usually processed within 45 days of receiving your returned items.

2. REFUNDS FOR NON-DAMAGED PRODUCTS

2.1. Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your subscription or return non-damaged products, please review our subscription terms and conditions for details on cancellations and returns.

2.2. Refund Eligibility: Unopened and Undamaged Coffee bags and Nespresso boxes are eligible for refund by sending your products back to us within 30 days of receipt. You can expect a full refund within 45 days after we receive and inspected your retuned merchandise.

Please note that this refund policy applies only to products purchased directly from BEVAS. If you purchased our products through a third-party retailer or distributor, you must contact them directly for refund assistance as their refund policies may differ from ours.

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time, and such changes will be effective upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this refund policy periodically for any updates or changes.
