Terms and Conditions – Black Friday Event Promotion

1. Organiser

1.1 The organiser of this promotion is BEVAS World SL, a company registered at Calle Reina Esclaramunda, 5, 07003 Palma de Mallorca, Islas Baleares, Spain.

2. Promotion period

2.1 The promotion will run from 20th November 2024 at 00:01 CET to 4th December 2024 at 23:59 CET (the “Promotion Period”).

3. Eligibility

3.1 The promotion is open to residents of Germany, Austria and Switzerland aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

3.2 Employees, representatives and agents of BEVAS World SL, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Enter

4.1 To participate, entrants must purchase any BEVAS coffee blend or format exclusively from www.bevas.com during the Promotion Period.

4.2 Each qualifying customer is granted one (1) entry into the draw, regardless of the number of purchases made during the Promotion Period.

4.3 Purchases made through any other outlets, including third-party retailers or physical stores, will not qualify for entry.

5. Prize

5.1 The prize is one (1) De’Longhi La Specialista Arte Compact, Bean-to-Cup, Coffee Machine, with a total prize value of €599.00.

5.2 Please note that the prize item was used during a photoshoot for promotional purposes. The machine remains unused and fully functional, will be repacked for delivery and comes with the manufacturer’s warranty.

5.3 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

6. Draw and Winner Announcement

6.1 The winner will be selected by a random draw conducted by BEVAS World SL between 9th December 2024 and 14th December 2024.

6.2 The winner will be notified via email on Tuesday, 17th December 2024.

6.3 If the winner does not respond within 14 calendar days of notification, BEVAS World SL reserves the right to select an alternative winner through a redraw.

6.4 BEVAS World SL reserves the right to verify the winner’s eligibility before awarding the prize.

7. Data Protection

7.1 Any personal data provided during this promotion will be processed in accordance with BEVAS World SL’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR and Swiss data protection regulations.

7.2 Personal data will only be used for the administration of the promotion and will not be used for marketing purposes unless the participant provides explicit consent.

7.3 Entrants may request the deletion of their data at any time by contacting customerservice@bevas.com, but doing so before the end of the promotion may result in disqualification.

8. Liability

8.1 BEVAS World SL accepts no liability for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries due to technical or other errors.

8.2 BEVAS World SL is not responsible for any delays or disruptions caused by third-party services, including shipping delays for the prize.

9. General

9.1 By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

9.2 BEVAS World SL reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at its discretion, provided such action does not infringe upon any participant’s rights under applicable law.

9.3 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
