Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your subscription or return non-damaged products, please review our subscription terms and conditions for details on cancellations and returns.

What can I do if I already placed my order, but I want to add/remove some products?

Once an order ships, we are not able to make any adjustments to it, including the shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible with your change at BEVAS.com/contact-us, and we will try our best to make an adjustment.

I received the wrong items?

We apologise that you received damaged items. To swiftly resolve this, kindly get in touch with our customer service team at BEVAS.com/contact-us, attaching your order number and any relevant photos. Again, we apologise for any inconvenience and eagerly anticipate the opportunity to resolve this situation.

Something was missing from my order?

What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?

Please contact our team at BEVAS.com/contact-us and we will assist you in receiving online credit or replacement orders. Please note, replacement orders are at the discretion of BEVAS World SL.
