Is BEVAS coffee available for international shipping?

Currently BEVAS offers international shipping to DACH countries; Germany, Austria and Switzerland. If you have any specific questions about international shipping options, delivery times, or any related inquiries, please contact our customer service team at BEVAS.com/contact-us.

How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and based on your shipping location. We offer free shipping within Germany on orders €50 or more and free shipping to anywhere else in the EU for orders starting at €75 or more, depending on your location. Higher minimum limits will apply for International deliveries.

What is the minimum order to get free shipping?

Free shipping within Germany applies to orders of €50 or more and free shipping to anywhere else in the EU for orders starting at €75 or more, depending on your location. Higher minimum limits will apply for International deliveries.

When will my order ship?

Most orders placed in the early morning or early afternoon may ship the same day or within 24 business hours. Orders placed on Friday late afternoon, evening, or during the weekend ship the following business day. If your order hasn’t shipped after 4 business days, get in touch with us by using the Contact Us form. Note that we cannot modify an order once it’s been placed.

Are there any restrictions on shipping to certain countries?

There are no restrictions on shipping to certain countries but the shipping costs will vary. When placing an order the delivery address will be requested and depending on the weight of an order, the delivery cost will be displayed and for orders over certain limits your order may qualify for FREE delivery which will also be displayed.

Do I have to pay customs fees for orders?

For deliveries within the EU and certain NON EU countries there should be no customs fees, however, for certain NON EU countries a customs fee maybe required. When placing an order before the checkout if there are any additional fees to be paid it will be displayed.

Can I change my shipping address?

Unfortunately, we cannot update the shipping address once an order is complete and paid for. If your order has not shipped, please contact our customer service team at BEVAS.com/contact-us. If the order has shipped, you can contact the shipping providers directly and ask them to update their delivery instructions.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Shipping time can take 3-5 business days for our standard shipping/free shipping option within the EU, this can take 5-10 business days for non EU orders.

I never received my order. What should I do?

Please contact our customer service team at BEVAS.com/contact-us and include your order number and shipping address in the email. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

I didn’t receive my order/shipping confirmation email?

You should receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order and a shipping confirmation email within 24 – 48 business hours. The exceptions are orders placed during a weekend or holiday, which may not ship until the following Monday. If you don’t receive either email within those timeframes: – Start by checking your spam/junk folder. – If you use multiple email addresses, make sure you’re checking the right inbox.
