Returns
At Bevas we strive to provide you with the highest quality products. We want you to be completely satisfied with all of your purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please review our refund policy for resolution.

If you receive coffee products that do not match your order or you wish to exchange your products for different Bevas products, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for the correct products to be sent to you, and you will be required to return the items. For all exchange requests and inquiries, please contact our customer support team at BEVAS.com/contact-us.
Unopened and Undamaged Coffee bags and Nespresso boxes are eligible for refund by sending your products back to us within 30 days of receipt. You can expect a full refund within 45 days after we receive and inspected your returned merchandise.
